Zoho Mail integration

Folders, labels and mail sync will use Zoho Mail APIs. Secure per-user sign-in and encrypted token storage still need to be connected before mailbox data can load.

Live sync is disabled until the app can associate a Zoho account with an authenticated user. Do not add one shared mailbox refresh token to public server configuration.

Zoho mailbox folders, tags, unread messages and flagged views will appear in the sidebar after secure account linking is implemented.

AI — Grok (language layer)

Summaries, reply drafts, rewriting and inbox Q&A.

AI — Jev (decision layer)

Lead qualification and priority decisions. Limited credits — used only at high-value decision points, results persisted.

Automation permissions

Autonomous sending is disabled in this version.

All automation rules require human approval before anything is sent. Autonomous actions can be enabled per rule in a future version.
